Nov 13, 2011 · It look like you can take the 2 screws out the hold the pump in and remove the pump. Now take the gear #22 off and reinstall the pump. Unfortunately Merc does not make a cover for the hole when you remove the pump so it must be put back in to seal that hole. Mix your fuel 50:1. Adding 1 L of oil gives 40::1 which is a bit rich. 32 oz is also about 40::1. Rogue has the right idea about geting the mixing botlle.
